Nepal Security Guards in Malaysia

Nepalese Gurkha Guards are respected guards in Malaysia due to their legacy during the colonization of the British empire in Malaya (Malaysia’s old name). The Malaysian Government recognized their services and therefore only allow Nepalese as guards in Malaysia. We still have Gurkha Malaysia Army Company in Malaysia.

Today the Nepalese Ex Military and Ex Police are taken into Malaysia to be Security Guards. No other nationalities can come in but the Nepalese.

The Nepalese Guards are known for their discipline and Hard work. In the past history, The Gurkhas would sacrifice their lives for security during the communist invasion in Malaysia.

In our company Blue-I, we ensure that we hire the Nepalese Ex Military and Ex Police as our guards. Our clients choose them for their services because they are affordable and reliable. We have successfully employed almost 150 guards. Most of these guards can speak Hindi and a little English. Once we hire them, We then train them to speak English and Basic Bahasa Malaysia.
After the linguistic training we then proceed to give them field training. Despite being an Ex Army, we at Blue-I still ensure that they learn the Standard Operating Procedure(SOP). Blue I provides Free Hostel with cooking facilities so they can cook their local foods. Our Supervisor does the marketing for their cooking needs.
